J&C Bits is dedicated to delivering excellence and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. We are proud to provide shipping services, so you and your horse can receive your ideal bit promptly. Rest assured, we are doing everything possible to expedite your order from our shop. Please keep in mind any holidays that may affect delivery times.
Shipping
All product orders are produced and dispatched within 7-10 business days. In the event of a high volume of orders, there may be slight delays beyond our usual shipping timeframe. We will always keep our customers informed if there are any delays.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers must ensure their shipping address is accurate. We are dedicated to processing orders promptly and efficiently. If changes are needed, please contact us immediately. Once an order is with the mail carrier, no further modifications can be made, and J&C Bits will not be responsible for the order. Providing the correct address is crucial. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address you provided, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. J&C Bits will not take responsibility for any incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information will incur a restocking fee, the amount of which will be determined by J&C Bits.
Lost/Stolen Packages
J&C Bits shall not be held liable for lost or stolen packages. In the event that your tracking information shows a package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, we advise you to file a report with your local law enforcement authorities.

Delays with USPS or UPS Shipping
International Duties or Customs Charges
Lost, damages, or marked delivered items.
